About Dunbar House

Dunbar House was opened two years ago, in September 2005, and enjoys possibly the best views of the surrounding countryside from the College. Dunbar houses up to 20 boarding boys and girls in Years 7 and 8 (Forms 1 & 2), as well as being the day base for those year groups.

Backing onto a large private open field, the driveway and house were built on the site of a former pig farm, an area in the College known as Piggeries.
