Housemaster - Richard Follett

Richard is married to Jo, and they have two daughters, Hannah, aged 10, and Rebecca, aged 7.

The Folletts moved from Bedford in 2007, where Richard was Head of Physical Education and Director of Rowing at Bedford Modern School, and Jo was a teacher of PE and Humanities at a local middle school.

Both Richard and Jo have been Heads of Year at previous schools, so bring with them a wealth of pastoral experience.

Richard will be teaching Physical Education and Geography at Pangbourne, as well as taking on the role of Director of Rowing, and Jo is the Head of Girls' Games at nearby St Andrew's Prep School.

Assistant Housemaster - Toby Carson

Toby is married to Emmie, and they have a daughter, Flora, aged 5, and Jemima, several months old.

Toby has been Head of Academic ICT at the College for the last three years, previously working at an international prep school in Kenya. The Carson family live down Bere Court Road opposite St George, the girls boarding house.

Housemother - Margaret May

Margaret has been the Housemother in Dunbar since the house opened, and lives in the flat downstairs.

Margaret was previously a matron at a boarding school in Scotland, and regualrly returns to her native South Africa during the College holidays.
